Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, or handed over to a delivery partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Due to hygiene, quality, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return after delivery.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The Company may request photographs, videos, packaging details, invoice copies, or additional evidence to verify claims.
Approved refunds shall be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI transfer, or other approved methods.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending upon banking systems, payment gateways, card issuers, UPI providers, and financial institutions.
If a payment is deducted but the order is not successfully placed, customers should immediately contact our support team.
After verification, eligible refunds shall be initiated as per applicable banking and payment gateway procedures.
The Company reserves the right to reject refund requests that appear fraudulent, misleading, abusive, repetitive, or unsupported by sufficient evidence.
Refunds shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from product usage or delayed delivery.
The Company's decision regarding refund eligibility, replacement, cancellation, or claim approval shall be final and binding, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
